We are interested in sites across London where new homes could be created, whether on open land or in and around a building that is already there.

    Buildings with potential for redevelopment, conversion, extension or refurbishment.

    Sites that already have planning permission, and sites that do not yet.

How we work

Every site is different, so this is a guide to the stages rather than a fixed timetable.

  1. Initial conversation and appraisal

    Tell us about the land or building. We look at its location, condition and planning context, and let you know whether it is something we could take forward.

  2. Offer and due diligence

    If the site suits us, we make an offer. Our solicitors and surveyors then carry out the usual legal and technical checks.

  3. Planning and design

    We work with architects, engineers and the local authority on a design for new homes, and apply for planning permission where it is needed.

  4. Development and completion

    We build the new homes and see the scheme through to completion.
