In short
The public website does not set any cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics cookies. We count visits and measure page speed with tools that work without cookies, so there is no cookie banner to accept.
Cookies we use
One cookie is used, and only by our staff when they sign in to the private dashboard:
- Name
dashboard_session- Purpose
- Keeps a member of staff signed in to the dashboard.
- Type
- Strictly necessary, so it does not need consent. It is not set for visitors to the public site.
- Lasts
- 7 days, or until the member of staff signs out.
Visitor statistics without cookies
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see which pages are visited and how quickly they load. Neither uses cookies. They record the page, the site that linked to it, your browser, device type and approximate location, and page-load timings, but not your IP address, so we cannot tell who you are. Their scripts are served from this website, not from another domain. Our staff dashboard is not measured. Our privacy notice has the details.
Third-party content
Our maps are images we make from OpenStreetMap data and host ourselves, so they do not load anything from another site. We do not embed videos, social media feeds or other third-party content that sets cookies.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not affect the public website. For how we handle the information you send us, see our privacy notice. Questions? Email management@propertywestlondon.co.uk.
